In this episode, Miro talks with Adam Hudson, a successful serial entrepreneur. Author of “Primed - Your Guide To Building A Thriving Amazon Business”, went #1 on Amazon in 6 countries. Over a 25 year career, Adam has started 21 different companies across a range of business sectors. In 2005, he co-founded one of the first crowd-funding platforms in the world, which raised over one hundred million dollars for startups before taking it public in 2008. In 2011, he moved to the US and started a small animation company in Hollywood, California. The business quickly grew to doing over 400 animation projects a year for some of America's top companies including Cisco, Volvo, Canon, the World Bank, UNICEF, McDonalds and Mastercard. He sold that business is 2015 and returned to Australia. Today, Adam owns 4 separate companies around the Amazon ecosystem. He began teaching others to sell on Amazon in 2015 and since then, his students have generated more than five hundred million dollars in sales, making his course one of the most successful in the world when measured by student earnings. His Amazon training events have been attended by thousands of people from more than 40 countries, and have included keynote speeches by thought leaders such as former Australian Prime Minister, John Howard. Adam has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Inc Magazine, Newsweek and has appeared on NBC, ABC, Sky Business News, Fox and Times Square Today. He’s also been interviewed on Focus TV, the Brian Tracy show, Moving America Forward with William Shatner and he has co-authored a book with US broadcasting legend, Larry King.
